It is quick and labor-saving, as workers can complete all operations with a single hammer, avoiding many inconveniences of bolt operations.3: Strong Versatility: The main components use standard lock-type steel tube scaffolding pipes, which can connect with ordinary steel tubes using couplers, making them highly versatile.4: High Load-Bearing Capacity: Upright poles are connected coaxially, and horizontal poles connect to upright poles via cup-lock joints, which have reliable bending, shear, and torsional mechanical performance. Moreover, the axes of the components intersect at a single point, and the nodes lie within the frame plane, making the structure stable and reliable with a high load-bearing capacity. Compared to similar conventional steel tube scaffolds, the overall scaffold load-bearing capacity is increased by more than 15%.5: Safe and Reliable: During joint design, the spiral friction and self-weight of the top cup-lock ensure reliable self-locking. The load on the horizontal poles is transferred to the uprights via the bottom cup-lock, which has strong shear resistance (up to 199 kN). Even if the top cup-lock is not tightened, the horizontal pole joint will not detach to cause accidents. Additionally, safety nets, intermediate horizontal poles, scaffold boards, toe boards, ladders, cantilever beams, and wall ties are provided, ensuring safe use.6: Easy to Manufacture: The main components use Φ48×3.5 Q235B welded steel pipes, with simple manufacturing processes and moderate costs.
